Balance Training

Balance is the ability to have high kinesthetic sense, and knowing where you are in space and time will assist in allowing you to successfully complete a movement. Most of you will relate that to sport and performance, although it is equally important for a elderly person to acquire balance to reduce their falls risk.

You will be taken through unique balance focused exercises that will train your nervous system to keep your body balanced with any movement you desire. The exercises range from standing on one leg to balancing on a board while kicking/catching a ball.
