Movement & Performance Focused Care
Teagyn is a dedicated podiatrist at Insync Health Clinic, providing evidence-based podiatry care focused on improving foot health, mobility, performance and long-term movement quality.
She takes a personalised, holistic approach to treatment — addressing not just the symptoms, but the underlying biomechanical and lifestyle factors contributing to pain or dysfunction. Teagyn works with patients of all ages, supporting everything from heel pain, plantar fasciitis and ingrown toenails through to sports injuries, lower limb biomechanics and high-risk foot care.
With clinical experience across private practice and high-risk podiatry environments, Teagyn combines strong technical foundations with a calm, patient-focused approach to care. She is passionate about helping people move confidently and comfortably — whether that’s returning to sport, keeping up with family life, or simply walking pain-free.
Outside the clinic, Teagyn enjoys strength training and reformer Pilates, which gives her a strong appreciation for movement, stability and functional performance — principles she integrates into her treatment plans.
