Sports Based Training
This is for athletes who are either recovering from injury or looking to improve their overall performance. Many athletes lack the strength and movement qualities required to perform well at their sport, not because they are lazy, it caused by lack of tissue exposure to a graded (broken down) exposure to that of their sport.
For example, ACL ruptures have extensive and numerous rehabilitation components each ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months involving a range of exercises that progress with difficulty. Similar to the ACL rehabilitation, sprained ankles and torn groins require a lot of laterals (side to side/zig zag) movements that also consist of real-life scenarios i.e. involving soccer balls and distractions in the rehabilitation exercises.
