Strength Training

A specific program designed based on your initial assessment will enable us to work towards improving your strength and conditioning. The purpose of this is to strengthen you in a functional manner (the way in which you perform your activities of daily living; ADL’s) this will help you perform your everyday duties with ease. One of the main benefits of doing this will also allow you some spare fuel in the tank to enjoy other hobbies without re-injuring yourself or exacerbate an existing injury.
