Aaron Ishac
Exercise Physiologist
Aaron Ishac graduated with a degree in Exercise and Sport science (Bachelor of Applied Science) and a Masters in Exercise Physiology completed in 2017 at the Australian Catholic University (ACU).
Aaron’s whole life has revolved around health, fitness and becoming an improved version of himself. This innate passion has been transitioned into a career for himself. Aaron holds a wealth of experience in team and individual sports, securing himself a black belt in ‘Hapkido’ in 2019. His appetite for health has made him a popular figure in the gym setting with over 4 years experience in private classes as well as group classes.
Aaron being an avid health ambassador in everyday life knows that it is best to build the foundation of good habits at a young age and has had the privilege of working with the youth, instilling these very principles in his DNA.
A healthy active man like himself also gets injured and he has spent some time in the Insync Physiotherapy clinic treating an elbow and hamstring injury in the past. He definitely fits in with our core values and we are honoured to have him as part of the team.
Aaron has a plethora of experience in sport with involvement in; swimming, athletics, soccer, cricket and Oz-tag. His love for human movement is represented in his added focus on martial arts, boxing and kick-boxing with 2 trips to Thailand for training camps under his profile. Aaron likes to stay active which is obvious from the above, but when he is not active he is developing knowledge and helping others’ help themselves by being active on social media.
Moulding all this together, you could confidently say that Aaron will have the overwhelming knowledge to analyse your current situation, formulate goals and manufacture an individualised program that will directly make what you want tangible.
